Law School Scholarships
The Law Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador in 1984 established funding for annual Law School Entrance Scholarships, in honour of the incorporation of the Law Society in 1834.
The scholarships, valued at $5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) each, awarded to residents of Newfoundland and Labrador, are tenable for first year studies at any Canadian Law School recognized by the Scholarships Board.
Deadline for applying is in the month of May (see application form below). Awards will be awarded during the month of June, and will be made on the basis of academic ability.
